- A minimum level of B2 is required for this course
- The course is designed by experienced language trainers who have experience of working in international business settings

Structuring & Introducing a Presentation
How to structure a presentation logically; how to introduce a presentation; signposting to keep the audience on track; context: introducing a company / department
Structuring an Argument
How to structure a logical argument; anticipating and refuting objections; context – presenting a solution
Engaging the Audience
How to speak so that the audience will listen; using rhetorical questions to bridge; rhetorical techniques to make your language more compelling; context – conference speech
Project Debriefs
Giving an update; Describing timelines and trends; Using narrative techniques to engage an audience; context – project debrief
Responding to Questions
Responding to questions effectively; handling difficult questions; reframing to stay in control of the discussion; context – making a sales proposal
Presenting Virtually
Tips and tricks for presenting online; context – training presentation
Participants are expected to prepare and deliver presentations during the course in order to practice key language and techniques.
